For Basic / Gold Personal Accident - No, due to the nature of the product, you are only allowed to purchase Personal Accident Insurance for your spouse/child in the same order. However, you can still buy Personal Accident Insurance for someone else in a different order.

7. How do I know my Personal Accident Insurance is effective?

You will be able to view your policy and policy status on the Shopee App, under View E-policy, following the steps below:

Step 4: Click on the Me tab again

On the ShopeePay App:
Step 1: Select any Insurance Product on the Home page

For Basic / Gold Personal Accident only, you will additionally receive a confirmation e-mail from Zurich.

8. Why is my policy status cancelled?
Personal Accident Insurance (Zurich General):
In the event that Zurich rejects your purchase and is not able to issue the policy, you will receive an unsuccessful purchase email from Zurich, and the policy status will become cancelled. You will also then receive a refund from Shopee via your original payment method.
Please note that if you purchase for your spouse and/or child and the purchase is rejected by Zurich, the entire order will be cancelled and refunded.

In the event that Allianz rejects your purchase and is not able to issue the policy, you will see the policy status showing cancelled under your policy details. You will also receive a refund from Shopee via your original payment method.
The rejection of your application could be due to reasons such as age limit, failed sanction check, blacklist status from the insurer, or being ineligible for the claimed Perlindungan Tenang Voucher.
9. Why is my redemption of the Complimentary Personal Accident unsuccessful?
You may not meet the current eligibility criteria for the Complimentary Personal Accident.
10. Can the policy be renewed at the end of the insurance coverage period?

The insurance is non-renewable after the end of the one (1) month plan.
Basic / Gold Personal Accident
The Personal Accident Insurance is a non-renewable insurance. However, you may purchase a new policy when your existing coverage expires.
