1. How do I redeem the Complimentary Personal Accident Insurance on the Shopee platform?
Step 1a: Shopee App: Launch Shopee App, select the Me icon and then My Insurance. Click the Complimentary Personal Accident Banner.Step 1b: ShopeePay App: Launch ShopeePay App, select the Home icon and then the “Insurance” tab. Click the Complimentary Personal Accident Banner.
Step 2: Click on Redeem Now, then fill in your personal information

2. How do I purchase Personal Accident Insurance on the Shopee platform?

Step 2: Check your PTV voucher eligibility
Step 3: Choose between Plan 1 and Plan 2

Step 8: Click on My Policies to view the details

4. Who can purchase Personal Accident Insurance on the Shopee platform?
- Malaysian; and
- Age Limit for Insured Person(s): You and/or your spouse must be between eighteen (18) years old and seventy (70) years old, and your child must be between thirty (30) days old and seventeen (17) years old. Ages refer to the person’s age as of their next birthday.
- Malaysian citizen (residing in Malaysia);
- The user must be aged from eighteen (18) years old to fifty-nine (59) years old. No group purchase.

6. Can I purchase the Personal Accident Insurance for others in the same order?
Personal Accident Insurance (Zurich General):
For Basic / Gold Personal Accident - No, due to the nature of the product, you are only allowed to purchase Personal Accident Insurance for your spouse/child in the same order. However, you can still buy Personal Accident Insurance for someone else in a different order.

No, PerlindunganKu Allianz4All currently only allows one insured per order. To help others make purchases for this insurance, you may revisit the product display page and fill in their information accordingly and purchase too.
7. How do I know my Personal Accident Insurance is effective?
Personal Accident Insurance (Zurich General)
You will be able to view your policy and policy status on the Shopee App, under View E-policy, following the steps below:
Step 1: Go to Shopee App
Step 2: Click on the Me tab
Step 3: Select Insurance
Step 4: Click on the Me tab again
Step 5: Select My Policies
On the ShopeePay App:
Step 1: Select any Insurance Product on the Home page
Step 2: Click on the Me tab
Step 3: Select My Policies
For Basic / Gold Personal Accident only, you will additionally receive a confirmation e-mail from Zurich.

You will receive your E-policy from Allianz in your email if your policy is successfully issued. To view your policy status on the Shopee App, please follow the steps below:

Step 1: Select any Insurance Product on the Home page

8. Why is my policy status cancelled?
Personal Accident Insurance (Zurich General):
In the event that Zurich rejects your purchase and is not able to issue the policy, you will receive an unsuccessful purchase email from Zurich, and the policy status will become cancelled. You will also then receive a refund from Shopee via your original payment method.
Please note that if you purchase for your spouse and/or child and the purchase is rejected by Zurich, the entire order will be cancelled and refunded.

In the event that Allianz rejects your purchase and is not able to issue the policy, you will see the policy status showing cancelled under your policy details. You will also receive a refund from Shopee via your original payment method.
The rejection of your application could be due to reasons such as age limit, failed sanction check, blacklist status from the insurer, or being ineligible for the claimed Perlindungan Tenang Voucher.
9. Why is my redemption of the Complimentary Personal Accident unsuccessful?
You may not meet the current eligibility criteria for the Complimentary Personal Accident.
10. Can the policy be renewed at the end of the insurance coverage period?
Complimentary Personal Accident
The insurance is non-renewable after the end of the one (1) month plan.
Basic / Gold Personal Accident
The Personal Accident Insurance is a non-renewable insurance. However, you may purchase a new policy when your existing coverage expires.
